not be below 18 years old. |

be of good characters; |

be citizens of Singapore or residents (ie;
permanent residents and long-term employment pass holders)
in Singapore. |

not already be members of any other co-operative
society whose primary object is to grant loans to its
members; |

not be legally or mentally disabled; |
| f) |
not be undercharged bankrupts; and |
| g) |
not be convicted of any offence punishable
with imprisonment. |
